A show for young audiences premiered at the National Theater of Catalonia

The Party is six adolescents stories built from real confidences, stories told close to the ear, like a soundtrack.

A singular experience, with live cameras and video projections, the audience, equipped with wireless headphones, discover the tales of these youngsters in a very direct and sincere way. Party, euphoria, dance, excesses and sex.

A group of teenagers tries to take in everything they have experienced at their last party, deciding how they will face the next one; being held tonight at the theatre. Six stories, based on real interviews with teenagers, provide the starting point of a choral piece. A piece about the consequences of the mass consumption of pornography, the erotica of violence, the objectification of bodies and a deep general dissatisfaction - hard to confess. 

A co-production of the National Theater of Catalonia and Teatres en Xarxa premiered on November 15, 2023 in the Sala Tallers of the National Theater of Catalonia.

Created by Obskené , the show took place on November 23 2023 on Barcelona's Paseo de Gracia, in front of more than 15,000 people, to celebrate the city's Christmas lights opening festival.
